The Wangaratta Local Health and Wellbeing Partnership seeks to support a holistic approach to health and social planning across the Rural City of Wangaratta (RCOW) which includes a focus on social, economic, environmental and cultural factors.
The partnership works with the CHPCP to identify emerging issues in the Wangaratta community and, in turn, implement the appropriate actions. Utilising their local viewpoint, the partnership will implement strategic plans for the Wangaratta Area and present local initiatives to the CHPCP Executive.

This gendered Health Indicator factsheet provide a snap shot of health and wellbeing in the Rural City of Wangaratta. It draws on statistics regarding indicators such as breastfeeding, overweight/obesity, physical activity, social connection, mental health and drugs and alcohol. These have been created to assist Local Governments in developing their Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plans.
